I have had the opportunity to visit Havenwood numerous times and am always left wishing I had time to linger just a little longer. When walking in, it feels like you are being welcomed into a beautiful, stately home with cozy sitting areas to settle in for a visit, work on a puzzle, or quietly read. I know some of the staff personally, and can attest that they have genuine care for each of the residents living there. What a wonderful asset to the Buffalo community and surrounding area!
I enjoy working at this community. As the staff is amazing to work with as there is lots of team work. The meals are good know matter what you order from the menu. Housekeeping does a great job with cleaning all areas of the building.
Easiest 5 star review to give. Management is so caring and generous, easy to work with. Nursing staff truly care about their residents and job. They treat each resident as if they were their own family member. Med techs participate in activities throughout the day and do their best to provide person-centered care. Fitness center had great opportunities for exercise. Life enrichment puts on fun and educational activities. Havenwood serves delicious meals and can accommodate different diets. It truly feels like home!
It's such a welcoming atmosphere, Vivienne Kate's Salon is wonderful, the staff are kind and caring. You can tell the activities director cares and enjoys her job! It is a well maintained building, the location by Buffalo Lake is beautiful as well!
