I can't say enough about the Haven! Taylor, Shane, & Robin have gone above and beyond to make us all feel welcome! They came along side us and made an extremely difficult situation so much better. We know mom is safe, secure and happier than we have seen in a long time. The staff really cares about the residents and considers them family. You can tell they work well together and love what they do! That is very hard to find! This has been the smoothest transition we have had and Mom is loving her new home and her new friends! Thank y'all so much!

We are so thrilled to have my parents living at the Haven. We have every confidence that my parents are receiving top-of-the-line care by friendly and loving people who genuinely care about our whole family. It is a huge relief to have my parents living in such a wonderful and supportive environment. We can't thank the Haven enough for welcoming us into their family.
I recently moved my step-mother into Haven Memory Care center in AL. She has no family members in AL so it made it difficult to put her in such an unfamiliar place. This team has been awesome!!! They keep us updated on how she is doing and what she needs. They have welcomed her and they are taking great care of her. Since we are not local is reassuring to have her in such a SAFE warm place. The staff at The Haven is world class. From housekeeping to administration, the nurses and everybody in between - everyone has been so wonderful giving a personal touch to make my parents feel welcome, cared for and loved. I'm grateful my parents are safe and well cared for at The Haven Assisted Living facility in Gulf Shores, AL 10/10 recommend
My father has been here at Haven for about a month. I have been impressed with the staff, who all seem caring and attentive to the needs of the residents. Everyone always seems busy: cleaning, talking to the residents, setting up for a meal, etc. The only thing I have noticed is that the food is sometimes not up to par. I know it's hard to feed a large group and have everyone satisfied, but I have witnessed some of them struggling to eat or just not eating.
