I've been here for almost a year now, and I can't imagine that a single review is genuine. The food is absolutely terrible, and at best, comparable to a poorhouse from the last century. The hygiene also leaves a lot to be desired. It sometimes happens that blood and feces from the previous resident are still stuck to the walls. And if you file a complaint with management, it has the same effect as telling the wallpaper. The reason I gave it two stars is solely due to the nursing staff. They are all very good and friendly throughout. But unfortunately, they are severely understaffed. So it's not uncommon for there to be only one qualified nurse in the entire facility. And when the nursing assistants would like to continue their training, they are always put off until next year. And all of this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Bright and modern, with individual lounge areas in each living area and proximity to the city, it's a great choice if you're lucky enough to be admitted. Thanks to the management team for the friendly and competent reception and the prompt attention to any open medical issues. The food is good, the staff friendly and well-trained; we highly recommend this facility.
My grandmother has been in this nursing home (Reitstadl station) since February 2020, so I absolutely cannot understand what I am reading here. We visit them every day and are in close contact with the nursing staff. Who are always helpful and friendly towards us and grandma. I've never noticed anything unpleasant about the issue of hygiene among (staff). Anyone who works should understand that you might be sweaty after a strenuous day at work. You must not forget that you are exposed to a high level of stress and responsibility every day. And the nursing staff themselves cannot change the lack of staff. If people give reviews so ungratefully, no one should be surprised that no one wants to do this hard job anymore. We are satisfied and grateful. P.
