I can only say good things about this house. My partner felt very comfortable there, the staff from the caretaker to the home management were always very helpful and friendly, and also interested in the relatives. My requests were always answered to my complete satisfaction. The garden including the barbecue hut and now new chicken run are very well maintained and invite you to linger. In addition, a very nice bistro with direct access to the garden has just been opened on the ground floor. I go there today and fill the home with music in the garden, which the residents and staff are very happy about. Conclusion: There is no better home in Saarbrücken...

If someone is “missing” within 5 days, the team management and staff should question themselves very much. What I find even worse, after trying to help, is the disinterest of the (Polish/foreign) employees. The behavior of the “slightly stressed foreign employee” after the first “departure” where I found him was also very thoughtful. I didn't have a good feeling. But this 5!!! It happened again days later and probably says a lot about the condition of this house that I had never had any contact with before. After I wanted to contact the family to see how they were doing, I was so attacked by everyone (who only spoke broken German) that I gave up all attempts. I wish the man all the best.
Very competent, friendly and humane interaction with the residents. Whether it is the home management, nursing management, administration and the nursing staff. A resident suffering from dementia receives very good help there. The individual resident is taken into account accordingly and everyday life is structured. My grandfather was brought there by me and my family with a high tendency to walk. There is a garden, lots of activities and much more. We are very satisfied. My grandfather can finally go on his final journey with the support of palliative medicine. I would like to thank Ms. Paul, Ms. Kani, all the nurses and the family doctor’s practice. Such a dignified final journey is not possible in any other nursing home. Even if Grandpa has left soon, we will continue to visit the Saturday house with the residents and carers. It's not just a facility, but a second home.
We were able to get an interesting picture of this facility through the project for telephone and function announcements commissioned by Haus Sonnabend and also got to know the team. We were impressed by the sensitivity and cooperation of those responsible. We look forward to further ideas and projects, thank you very much!
Initially a good impression; They advertise very well with an extra brochure and the Comtou principle. -Apparently - the seniors were integrated into small groups and guided, for example, by chopping vegetables, cutting out cookies, etc. I trusted my mother. . . I picked her up for her family doctor's appointment several times and WITHOUT ANNOUNCEMENT and then brought her back afterwards. Several times (approx. 2.5 hours after the start) I still sat alone at the table in my jacket/coat (like everyone else) without any staff. Returned home once with a black eye. False invoices (pedicure and gymnastics). After complaining, denied with ignorance. At COURT, another senior citizen with the same name happened to come out. NEVER AGAIN!!!
