We highly recommend the Schulze Katrinhof in Saarwellingen. Our relative was very well cared for until his death. The accommodations and meals were impeccable. Our special thanks go to the staff, who cared for our relative with great empathy, expertise, and warmth. We, as a family, also felt welcome. Thank you again.
We can recommend Haus Schulze - Kathrinhof without hesitation. After the preliminary discussion in which we were looking for a nursing home for our mother, it quickly became clear to us that this was a good fit. Our mother and we received a friendly and warm welcome. The staff is always nice and helpful, all concerns and questions were dealt with promptly and a contact person was always available. If not in person, then by phone or email. We found the interaction with the residents to be cordial, and a lot of things are done and organized for the residents. During the last difficult days of caring for our mother, she was well looked after and our questions were always happily answered. Many thanks to the facility, our mother was in very good hands here for us.

To be able to write anything here, you have to give it a star. I would like to advise everyone to check the accommodation contract carefully or have it checked. Clarify everything before signing the contract. Communication with the administration is a disaster. I sent an email with questions. We were then answered. That questions about the contract are not answered. You have to imagine that. For accommodation itself. The ward where my Schwiemu was was occupied by around 40 patients. A maximum of 2 employees were present. My Schwiemu's things were stolen and no one cared about it. Heating didn't work properly. The worst thing, however, was that tables were put together in completely the wrong dosage. We just noticed this by chance. Trainees or assistants distribute the medication. Overall, the facility is pretty worn out. My sister no longer lives here. We found something better. Addendum to Korian's comment: I have tried several times since December to clarify contractual questions. I was told that such questions are not answered. I have that in writing. The home management only contacted us after this review was submitted. But again the questions were not answered and neither were they taken care of or forwarded. Here's just the answer: the headquarters in Munich does that, maybe someone else will get in touch. But nothing. Furthermore, I have to emphasize again that my Schwiemu was poorly looked after here. Serious mistakes were made. The fact that it is written here that we want to see what we can improve is a bad joke. I can definitely not recommend this accommodation. I'm not the only one who writes a bad review. Please take this seriously, dear readers. An Ilka Klein gave a 5 star review here. A person with the exact same name works at this property. Mega coincidence...right?!!
