My elderly mother was in Haus Schauinsland in Dillweißenstein for care from October 2023 until the day of her death last week. She had to leave the previous nursing home at short notice because inpatient care was no longer possible there. Although I contacted 10 homes, it was only Haus Schauinsland that quickly offered me a nursing room in this emergency situation. My mother was given a very nice, quiet room in which she was able to spend her last days with caring and good care. I am very satisfied with the nursing home and knew she was in good hands there. I can therefore highly recommend this care facility.
A place of horror My girlfriend was supposed to stay for a night and a day as a trial. She was brought there around 10 a.m. Didn't eat anything and she canceled her Awo meal at home. In short, she wasn't even brought into the room. Aside from the dirty floor, all that awaited you was a bottle of water. Not a single sister showed up. I called at 2 p.m. and you didn't even know she was there. Then someone came with a cup of coffee and two small greasy quark balls and some milk...there was no sugar and you were gone. Without breakfast, without lunch and very unsteady on my legs alone in the room...Neither was shown anything nor was there a welcome greeting. There was no overnight trial stay. It is an incredible impudence and impudence. There is no better way to show that everything is wrong there. That's a shame
This house and management is perfectly organized. Patients and relatives are cared for lovingly. I highly recommend this house.
