A beautiful, bright nursing home, friendly and qualified nursing staff. The bosses and the administration always try to solve problems quickly. There is a garden and a good inn. The view from the roof terrace of the Palatinate Forest is very beautiful.

My mother was there for short-term care for 23 days. During this time she was not showered once, no medication was found, no medication was given. Data protection......we don't need to talk about that, the administrative staff put the ID card in an envelope to another resident (who put the ID card in her wallet). The "nursing staff" comes across as very "if I don't come today, I'll come tomorrow". This nursing home is not recommended. We won't go there anymore.
A nice facility, nice staff. Problems are resolved immediately and professionally. Very good HOME COOKED FOOD. The management of the house is always very nice and always has an open ear. A significant increase overall compared to a few years ago.
I have had relatives at the facility for several years. I have to say, the mood in the house is very positive throughout. The care is good, and if there is an exceptional situation, communication takes place from the facility. That's how it has to be! The facility cooks fresh and tasty food, which is not something that can be taken for granted. Residents are encouraged to voice their wishes, not only when it comes to food but also in many of the program items. There is an active residents' advisory board. The typical smell of such establishments is missing, it is clean. We have had very positive experiences at the facility. I could write a lot here, just go there myself. If you need such a facility, it's worth taking a look at.
I don't want to comment on the house, but rather, the very loud employee conversations that take place on the balcony on Sunday mornings are very disturbing when you're trying to sleep in after a long week... After mentioning and asking several times, nothing happens... Maybe this way, please pay attention to your neighbors, it would be really nice!!
