Our mother has been at the Paulinenhof for four weeks and feels very comfortable! Also because The entire staff is very friendly and caring and always tries to respond to our mother's wishes and problems. Many thanks to the entire team.
A member of my family has been receiving full-time care at Paulinenhof for almost a year. The staff is very competent, friendly, and dedicated to housekeeping, administration, and nursing. They strive to ensure residents have a dignified and pleasant stay. The home is pleasantly designed and offers all amenities for people with disabilities. A different program is offered every weekday to entertain the residents. The events during Advent, New Year's Eve, Carnival, etc. are particularly popular. Summer festivals with barbecues are also offered. A wonderful home with fantastic staff. I (we) are grateful that our relative is receiving excellent care there.
My father has been in this care facility since yesterday. So far everything is fine. All the employees are very nice and take great care of my father.
I worked there for 3 years and can only recommend this home, I've been working in nursing for 9 years now and this house was one of the best I've been in, I started working there in nursing, they taught me so much and showed me what I'm capable of Other homes didn't have that, of course a lack of staff is always part of it, unfortunately it can't be avoided, but at the time we always did our best to ensure that the residents were satisfied. Great team and great management 👍🏽
