Hinter d. Burg 2, 35510 Butzbach, Germany
We had a family member come here for care. After just a few weeks we were dissatisfied with issues such as personal hygiene, general care and employment. The personal hygiene was the final reason why we urgently looked for another house. Questions, complaints and the like brought no improvement, only excuses and reassurance. We are now extremely satisfied with our new house. I hope that this was an isolated case and I hope that everyone affected and their relatives gets better.

We were very satisfied with the Haus Evergreen retirement home in Butzbach. Our mother has been cared for there for the last three years and we couldn't imagine a better place for her. The nursing staff were always friendly, helpful and very professional. The rooms are beautiful and offer a wonderful view of the green courtyard, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food is also excellent and varied. We would like to thank the entire team at Haus Evergreen for their loving and competent care of our mother. Absolutely recommended!
In almost three years, I have always experienced friendly and warmly caring care for my mother! Care, rooms, food, cleanliness everything is always top! I can only say good things and thank you very much for everything. I congratulate the Korian Group for their excellent employees, who, even though the staff is sometimes small, ALL do their best! I hope that the employees are shown appropriate appreciation for this. You can be proud of your team 🤩
Dear team, from “Haus Evergeen”. A strong, connected time is now coming to an end today and I say “Thank you” from the bottom of my heart!!! This thank you really goes out to every single person in the house. You are amazing and I will miss you very, very much. My Christa came to you last August, seriously ill as she was. The fact that we found a place with you for a short time was a blessing. Since I don't live close by, but in Potsdam, it was a challenge for all of us. You quickly recognized the situation and offered to be a permanent home for Christa. I was overwhelmed. Such a beautiful new building, clean, light, bright and friendly. That's what you want for yourself. Of course we needed the necessary time to get to know each other, but it didn't take long and you became a solid network around Christa. No matter what time I called, and I did that a lot 🙊, you always had an ear and the time and knowledge about the current situation. I helped you wherever I could from Potsdam and we grew together, with Dr. Oh well, a perfect team together. Christa liked each and every one of you and spoke a lot about you, so I quickly learned your names. At the special highlight, Christa's trip with the "Wünschewagen Frankfurt" to the Baltic Sea island of Poel, I walked into such open, warm doors and everyone, really every one of you helped us incredibly to make this trip happen. I couldn't have done it alone!!! Christa beamed across both cheeks and could hardly find any words because of her happiness. And last but not least, you so lovingly wallpapered her room with lots of pictures from the trip, so that Christa woke up every morning in the “sunset” and was happy with the beautiful memories. As the time of your farewell approached, you were all open and available to me, with so many kind words. My very best friend (30 years older than me) is no longer with me. It's indescribable how much it hurts and I thought the moment I walked into the house I would be suffocated by the grief, but quite the opposite was the case yesterday. You caught me and gave me a firm, loving hold so that the grief became gentler. I thank you for that! I would also like to thank you for being there for them during the hard times of closures (Corona). You looked after her, cared for her, helped her, listened to her and were a solid family for a short time. Thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart, LOVES!!!! Everyone stay the way you are, then in 30/40 years I'll move in with you too.😁 Warm final greetings Anja Pamperin
It was very promising at first (6.5 years ago). Unfortunately, the quality of the facility has steadily declined. Most recently, it deteriorated significantly after the takeover by the Korian Group. Care is abysmally poor. Patients are left in bed until lunchtime, without breakfast or fluids. Edit: Dear Mr. Albert, You don't know me, and I don't know you. My grandmother's checklist clearly shows that she didn't get anything to eat before lunch, and that there are days when she didn't get anything to drink before lunch either.
