The best thing I've experienced in a long time!! ❤️ The house is clean, the communication is open, the bosses are loyal, the practical instructions are great for their students, the residents are well looked after. The food and the entire outdoor area are great. The wishes of the employees are taken into account. The bosses and the practical instructions are open to requests and honest criticism and always try to act in the best interests of everyone! Really great as an employer, there are team events and constant training for employees. Any time !

I am very satisfied with my employer, now part of the team as a student for 3 years and soon as a specialist. Everything is great, the team works hand in hand and is also valued by the bosses! The residents are all great too. We have a great outdoor area that the residents like to use. I would choose this employer again at any time!
Unfortunately, my stay at Haus Edelberg Klahrental was disappointing. An unpleasant odor permeated the entire building, making the ambiance very unpleasant. The food didn't meet my expectations—the selection was limited and the quality left much to be desired. Furthermore, the service was rather disappointing: many staff members seemed to lack empathy and weren't particularly helpful or friendly. Overall, the stay wasn't what I had hoped for, and I unfortunately can't recommend this hotel.
My mother used to go to short-term care twice a year and was always very satisfied with the food, cleanliness and offers. In December 2019, my mother moved into the house permanently, at the beginning she was happy. At some point the cook left the house and the food was no longer ok, no appropriate food for older people, hygiene is also an issue with care level 4. CLEANLINESS of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, and so does the friendliness towards the residents. There are a few nurses who are patient and caring. But if you need more help when dementia sets in, along with hearing loss and blindness, you are not in the right place in this facility.
I would prefer to give zero stars. I was in Haus Edelberg as an external student and was totally shocked by the condition of the residents. Unfortunately, I can't write about what I experienced in detail here because Google will probably not approve the application. But it's really shocking how much the residents there are neglected. There is also a really unpleasant smell in the rooms. I really feel sorry for the residents there and I'm glad I only had to work there for a short time.
