Great care, great care, unfortunately there are always older ladies from out of town who come to eat and trick residents in order to get small amounts of money, inherit, etc. Please pay attention to strangers who offer help with walks, etc. It would be a matter close to my heart. And not letting strangers go into the room with me 🚶♀️ 🚶♂️

My grandmother was at the facility for short-term care in May of this year. I was impressed with how nice and friendly and helpful the staff was! The administration was always available and answered all of our questions. The facility itself is clean, beautifully designed and offers many offers for seniors. Thank you very much for taking care of our grandma and best wishes and big thanks from grandma herself! We wish you lots of patience and success!
Excellent advice from Mr. Shala Thanks to his expertise and willingness, we found the perfect home for my grandparents to live in. He works with passion!! Thank you very much Keep up the good work!
I work as an external therapist in this nursing home once a week and cannot confirm the negative reviews here. I know a lot of retirement homes because of my job and I have to say that this one is one of the best I've ever seen. The staff is consistently friendly and interested in the residents. Attention is paid to who has what sleeping and eating habits and that the residents receive therapy that helps them become independent. In general, the atmosphere seems friendly and positive to me. There is also a therapy dog, which I personally think is great for the residents. What I notice, as in all old people's homes, is an acute shortage of nursing staff, which of course reduces the quality overall. But that is the case throughout and not an isolated case here. I would like to emphasize that I have no obligation to rate the home positively and have written my honest opinion.
Hello everyone, I'm sometimes shocked by some of the perceptions of so-called "relatives" who give negative reviews here!!! I can only give a CLEAR positive review here....there is no unpleasant smell in this house, nor is the nursing staff and administration "incompetent or unfriendly" (some "relatives" should reflect on themselves and think about it like their own external perception reaches the nursing staff at all) I can only report positive things about the entire approach of the house. All questions that arise from those in need of care were answered quickly and competently for me AND also for the person in need of care. Even if there was a need to talk, these matters were quickly clarified and implemented to the fullest satisfaction. Maybe a note to the complaining relatives of residents of this facility: criticism is actually something positive and can be constructive. Maybe distribute the burden and responsibility less on the already caring employees of the house and think about how you can be supportive here. Complaining in writing about a rating portal is also relatively easy...but it doesn't solve any "personal sensitivities". I can only say again that I cannot agree with the negative representations. I think it's good as it is and have the greatest respect for the daily work of this company and the CORONA challenge and would like to thank the entire team. Oh yes......actually even more important......my mother feels comfortable in the house and is doing well......And that is important for me! Greetings Heiko Schäfer
