Staff super friendly, with a few exceptions. It's a shame that the staff and residents are neglected. Overall, it's very nice, lovingly furnished and the same care is taken. It definitely needs more staff

If you don't like the contrast to my previous home, it's excellent here, a punctual breakfast is quieter, unfortunately rare Unfortunately it's rare, that's certainly due to the lack of nursing care. I try to teach our night guard to leave my room door locked, unfortunately I lost more money, but it's easier to teach a tree to talk!!
The staff is very attentive and friendly, the general conditions are not good at all. Occupancy is number 1.
