Our mom feels very comfortable in her new home. She is treated very lovingly. The employees are very friendly, loving and nice. The leisure activities on offer are also very good. Many thanks to all employees Employees very friendly
The home should be closed. If anyone thinks they'll get 24-hour care there, they can keep dreaming. Incompetence from top to bottom; I've never seen anything like it in my entire life. The employees and specialists give me the impression of being very lazy and not doing their jobs. They spend their time there sleeping, using their cell phones, and hiding in the kitchen for hours on end. They're very good at that. Be very careful with the specialists. The supervisors there are incredibly unwilling to take criticism (be very careful). Forget about talking to them; they won't believe anything you say, and there's no solution. Stay away from these companies; the problems are well known inside and outside. Unbelievable, this thing.
Reliable, quick, committed and with a lot of heart in the matter - many thanks to the good souls of the administration Ms. Jung and Ms. Modest!!!! I also found Ms. Gabriela Ajvazi from short-term care to be very warm with the residents; she took a lot of time to look after them and was always up for fun. It's nice that something like this still exists...
