I was impressed with the staff at HH & R. First, a lady who appeared to be an advocate of perhaps a supervisor, escorted us (my 87- yr old dad, the brother in law) to the room. Later, the CNA, Shondra, answered questions thoroughly and when asked, described in detail what my uncle could use personally. Even the repairman was kind and directly addressed my uncle and complimented him when he entered the room.

Everyone is sooo awesome! For the 1st time in 2years, my husband actually smiled! He said he really liked it there! ..sure did my heart good to hear that! It's very clean and organized. Everyone has a job to do, and they all do it well!!
The new security system is convenient to use and easy to learn. It retains information so that frequent visitors can access it quickly.
