My brother's care was excellent. The staff was caring and kept us informed at all times. During our time dealing with Harvest Crossing, a new phone system was adopted which made communications easier. I am so grateful for their wonderful care and concern for my brother.

Please do NOT bring your loved ones here. These “caretakers” are not taking care of your loved ones. There was an Indian lady who came in with a patient and was being rude to the medical staff and the patient. She was lazy, rude, and inconsiderate. She did not want to help the patients with filling paperwork or assisting her. She said “why do I have to do this, can’t you do it” KNOWING THE PATIENT WAS DISABLED. THEY ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF ANYONE IT MADE ME SO SAD.
My mother was here for respite care. I would not recommend this place for your dog. They didn't give her any of the meals I brought for her. They were rough with her and tore open one of her wrists. Then put a piece of strapping tape over the wound. I am disgusted with this place. The people don't care. If you don't like your job, find a new one.
Wonderful and caring staff. Rooms are clean & facility smells great. Administrator & DON are truly involved in patient care .
Transport client to and from location staff always takes care of me .really friendly people there. very helpful there
