I have been on the phone many times while my family member is waiting for a nurse to come answer their call bell, which takes along time most of the time, once taking over45 mins. I've been on the phone and saw what the meals look like and l would not feed it to my dog. The nursing staff act like they care but don't upset them or you will find the level of care only gets worse. Worked in the healthcare feild myself and never would treat people like many do at your facility. New management is needed.

My dad came here yesterday evening. My caregiver and I are already stunned by how bad, and unprofessional we were treated. Staff didn't listen to any instructions we were asking them to do. Instructions given to us by hospital doctors. Today we are making arrangements to meet with director of nursing. This morning my dad was hanging off his bed. No one lowered his bed last night. I will be posting daily.
Such an amazing building with a great team of caregivers! My grandma was here for a little over 6 months and never complained, she was always well cared for and said the aides and nurses went above and beyond to provide for her emotion and physical needs!
Still have some work to do but getting better. The housekeeping department is doing a good job. They do need to keep the sidewalk swept and the front doors cleaned. Food is getting a little better not much better but some. They need to make sure it's hot when it gets to the room's. I know they need more staffing especially Certified Nursing Assistants and diffnently Registered nurses. Also need to make sure that who ever the doctor is that is in charge of ordering the medication makes sure they have backup supplies!!!!
Very dirty, smelly and outdated facility. Staff would rather drug a patient than to help them. My grandmother was left in dirty sheets and her water cup had not been cleaned and different drinks just poured into it. Their reasoning for drugging her was they said she might get hurt if she tried to get up. So instead of doing their job it’s easier to sedate them with medication and forget about them. I walked in on a visit and there was about 15 patients in wheel chairs around the nursing station that looked like they where in a comatose state and never even moved. I would not let this place take care of my dog. Please do your research before sending your loved ones to this facility.
