I recently toured this community and was highly impressed. The well-maintained grounds and modern architecture give the complex an upscale feel. Lesley was friendly and knowledgeable, making the tour enjoyable. The amenities are excellent, with a spacious fitness center, serene pool area, and a community lounge. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, featuring modern finishes, ample natural light, and spacious layouts. Highly recommended!

I was at Harper’s Station for 6 months beginning 8/22/24. The people working there are very nice and my comments have nothing to do with the people personally. However, I left primarily for the following: 1) For 6 months I would have to run water for 1-2 hours to get it warm enough (not hot) to shower. Management had contractors trying to correct the problem with no success. Management’s response to the problem was poor. For instance - you don’t have to pay for the water. Residents will pay for when the annual contract gets adjusted. The water temperature is above the state minimum. I suggested installing portable water heaters in the units affected. Management said they’d follow up with headquarters in Tallahassee. They never got back to me with an answer. I wasn’t the only one with the lack of hot water. I may have been the only one to have the financial ability to walk away from my investment. 2) The dust out of the H&AC system was unbearable to my health. The entire time there the air filter was never changed. The dust that ended up in my living area was unhealthy. I would wipe table tops on a daily basis. A picture of what my TV stand looked like on a daily basis is attached. 3) The facility is understaffed especially in the dining area. The food is marginal at best. 4) Poor communication from management. 5) Low budget operation. There is a reason that this place is not expensive. You only get what you pay for. I would not recommend Harper’s Station.
