I love this facility! The staff is amazing, and they make sure that my mom is well taken care of! Someone is always available to answer any questions I have! Every time I pop up there to visit my mom unknowingly , she’s always getting the proper help that she needs from the staff! I’m always greeted when I walk through the doors! My mom always tell me how good they are to her!!! All around great place!

Patient was happy and seem well attended to. He told me that everyone there had been really helpful and great. He felt he was in great hands. Thank you Harmony Park employees 😁
If you’re not apart of their “messy clique” you are a nobody. Favoritism and harassment by staff that goes overlooked because the director of nursing wants to be friends with the staff. Residents do not get proper care due to staff shortages. If you’re not ready to pucker up, shut up and overlook the mistreatment, do not work here let alone put your loved ones at this facility. They praise the slack lazy employees and run off the employees who actually want to make a difference with compassion and care.
Tiffany the Social Worker is extremely helpful and kind. She cares about the patients, their families and doing what is best for them!
My visit with my aunt was pleasant except there was trash in the floor that appeared as if someone started sweeping and got interrupted and consequently forgot it. I solicited the help of a young lady who appeared to be a part of the administrative team by the way she was dressed. I needed to raise my aunt up in the bed so sh could eat the lunch I brought her. This young lady got someone to get the trash and help with my aunt. Overall the experience was good.
