My mother had 2 different stays at Harmony Gardens TCU this summer, due to multiple health issues. This is a beautiful facility! VERY attentive staff. Multiple people working with her every single day, nurses, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social worker, etc... As the family member, the communication and support I received was over the top! Shout out to Kiana: (My favorite) Any questions I had about current or future care were responded to in LESS than 24 hours, even on the weekend. Shout out to Beth: Applications and paperwork I've never even heard of before have become so much easier with her patience and guidance. Even AFTER my mom has left Harmony, Beth continues to be a resource to me! Shout out to Jon: My mothers' physical therapist, had the PERFECT balance of patience and motivation to help her heal and improve her overall physical abilities! My mom is back home, and doing GREAT. No offense, but I hope I never have to see any of you ever again. :) :)

My husband stayed at Harmony Gardens TCU for six weeks following to hospital stay to receive rehab therapy . The building is beautiful with all the amenities and tons of natural light. But much more important, the staff and care are exceptional. Friendly, accommodating, competent, and just as professional as can be. The therapy center is state of the art, and the PT and OT therapists worked well with him. And the food is good, too. :-) Special shout out to the TCU Social Worker who answered all our questions (daily!) and helped navigate every detail from move-in to daily cares and therapy, to coordinating discharge and in-home care that was needed. She was our lifeline. Cassia is a fabulous faith-based company run by a compassionate and caring people. I highly recommend this community for short- or lifelong stay. My dad has been in transitional care here for a few weeks. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They show a desire to get to know my dad and provide personalized care. Thank you for taking good care of my dad!!!
My mother was at the TCU for a month during that time she was treated very well cared for very well we had one issue that was not taken care of until the 3rd time we said something but other than that very friendly staff willing to go above and beyond pt definitely deserves a mention as well they did a fantastic job with her.i do wish I was kept informed about her care a bit more often then the 1 care conference we had but she was there for a short time so it wasn't a huge deal.comments from my mom say she loves the place the staff it but the food is a different story lol!happy holidays to all the staff at harmony gardens
Was very happy with the treatment my father received while in TCU. Staff was very responsive when we had questions or concerns that came up. And was told by my father the food was actually good.
