I have my father at this facility, and I moved him there, because he was very active and was not always safe at home. Since his time residing at this facility, I have the confidence that this staff will take care of my father 24/7. He is in a safe and loving environment. Big ups to the staff from the Front Desk to Executive Leadership.

My mother is in memory care and you can never speak to her , nor can you ever reach anyone. The follow up is horrible when you are trying to check on your love one. When you do get admin on their cell phone only the answer is always the same she’s fine. I live out of state and for 4 days in a row I let messages and no call back ever, this really gives you anxiety and cause for great concern. Also their missing items mean nothing to the staff, how can items disappear in a locked unit?
The Care Staff team at Harmony of Waldorf are wonderful. They are super kind, supportive and gentle to the residents there. This is where you need to be if looking for that place! Continue to thrive “Care Staff”.

Harmony was the first facility that we visited. Your facility set the tone! The prices were the same no matter were we went. However, I'm not sure if they provided nurses orcmed techs on duty 24/7days a week. The quarters were very impressive and the sales rep was kind and PATIENT 🤣. Bless her Boston Soul! Sorry I forgot her name. But we are now having to make some hard decisions but in a good way! Thank you Harmony! You did not disappoint!
