Minus 0!! We were so excited to get my Mom in this seemingly nice, newer facility. Not so much now. She has been there a total of four days, and we have walked in to find her almost dead twice! They are grossly understaffed, and the food service (dining room) is a joke! A cautionary tale when for you when considering assisted living facilities for your loved ones. Skip this place completely!!

We were very pleased with the care my mom and stepfather received at Harmony at Spring Hill. It is a beautiful facility and is very clean and well kept. The food is very good as well.The staff is friendly and caring, and they treat the residents with kindness and respect. I especially want to give high marks to the director, Michelle. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and she always came through for us when we had questions or requests. She truly cares about the residents and their families and makes a point to know all of the residents by name. She also plans fun activities and events for the residents. If you are looking for assisted living or memory care, I highly recommend Harmony at Spring Hill.
We were uncertain about how dad would like moving from our family home to assisted living, but within a week he made friends (one of them a fellow Marine). He's eating better and always has something to do. Wonderful place!
Harmony at Spring Hill is such an amazing community. The staff deliver amazing care. The effort put into making the residents feel safe and comfortable is truly inspiring. I would only consider Harmony at Spring Hill for my family and loved ones.
I have had some nightmare experiences with assisted living homes since I was thrown into the role of helping my Grandmother. We have been to 6 places in the last 5 years. Finally settling on Harmony at Spring hills because it’s 3 minutes from my home, it’s clean, I was able to see My Grandma through COVID (with restrictions) and the staff seemed nice. Fast forward 9 months and my grandmother hates the food, her bill was all over the place and I was not getting answers from Nancy. Unfortunately Martin ended up being the one that got the hot end of the stick so to say. Not only did he tell me he would personally look into the issue, but he followed up with me about it. A new chef was hired and apparently the food has gotten much better. Martin has renewed my faith that I made the right choice for my Grandmother. I am still blown away by the insane amounts of money these places charge to take care of our loved ones. If it wasn’t for Matt, Martin and Fatima I would have moved my Grandmother again. Martin you are a gem and I can not thank you enough for being willing to go above and beyond to help and care for not only my grandmother but others peoples as well. I definitely recommend Harmony at Spring Hills. One of the few honest, and caring places we have been.
