Excellence on all fronts!! Compassionate resident care, highly qualified and experienced staff in beautiful accommodations. We recently had a family member move into the Harmony community. Their transition has been incredibly positive and helpful in every aspect. We are very pleased that our loved one is on such a good place.

They've had my deposit for a couple of years. My wife has moved into another facility, and over 2 months ago they agreed to refund the deposit (minus a $500 fee). I've tried to communicate with them multiple times, but after agreeing by email to the refund, they're now ignoring my communications. Is this really how they honor their word? Is this really who they are? This has been extremely disappointing. I won't go into the treatment my friends and family have had there. I'm happy to adjust this review if they would just honor their agreement to refund my deposit.
My husband, Olson, and I were so grateful he was able to stay at home with me at Harmony with CNA support while he was in Hospice for four months. The company's recent full on response to the devastation of Hurricane Helene, bringing in water, food, generator fuel, and personnel, has confirmed that this is a wonderful place to live! I am so grateful to be here.
I would highly recommend avoiding this facility for assisted living services. While the caregivers and ancillary staff for the most part are very kind and caring, the management is a revolving door unlike anything I ever witnessed in over 30 years in Healthcare. This corporation is obviously a real estate development whose return on investment is their primary objective. “Family serving Families” is an impossible concept since the staff is stripped down to a skeleton crew. Upon visiting the facility frequently over 7 years , I witnessed many examples of cost saving measures. Visitors will be greeted to a locked entrance with no concierge, unkempt grounds and stained carpets. The food service quality has declined since the facility opened. Caregivers are unable to provide the level of care residents are paying for. Assistance with showers was not provided on a regular basis. Routine care declined due to lack of adequate staffing, while being assured by management that they were staffing according to state guidelines. Over the years I witnessed an increased number of administrative staff and a decrease in caregivers. Each new change of administration ushered in a new set of unfulfilled promises. Many of the reviews below are from employees. 3 months after transferring my mother to another facility, I realize how important it is to offer my experience with others.
My Mother-in-law loves her apartment. It's the perfect size and the kitchen is lovely. The staff, especially Micaela, Kevin and Liz at the desk on weekends are exceptional. Also maintenance is awesome. I can't remember his name but he gets on the repairs asap. The activities are engaging and fun. Now for the food... The lunches are horrid! Hamburger casserole consisted of a chopped up hamburger and a chopped up roll in a bowl. A Reuben made with pastrami the consistency of rubber. A pea and cheese salad that seemed way out of date. Come on kitchen staff. You can do better than that.
