My mother is at Harmony and the facility is excellent. This is the second facility, she has been in. The first one was terrible. The staff was below standards. The staff at Harmony is great. Especially, the nurse, Alissa Thompson. Professional, Caring, understanding and follow ups with my mothers day-to-day care, are some of her attributes. I'm very happy she is at that facility.

Harmony is such a lovely place and takes great care of my Gram. She has lived here for almost a year now and every time we visit I am impressed by the cleanliness, care and attention. I am a health care provider who has worked in many facilities around NC over the years and Harmony continues to be top notch in comparison. The care team always strives to exceed our expectations. I am jealous of the food menu. The staff treats my Gram and our family with such kindness and hospitality. My children look forward to visiting Gram and her friends because of the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Beware of memory care, they don’t give a crap about the residents. The med techs do nothing and they have the new people do everything for them. They laugh/bully the residents in front of their faces and they make the residents cry. Some of the residents are aware of the way they’re being treated and try to speak up about it but the healthcare workers just scream and catch attitudes with the residents. Don’t be fooled when the board is there or the family or when they do tours because the workers are gonna of course act all fine and dandy.
Harmony is a wonderful place for your loved one. At the door you are greeted with caring bubbly staff, clean facility and Tara always has something great going on. You won’t go wrong with this bright and cheery facility that treats everyone like they are in their own home. Great food too! Theatre room and center Rotunda are a great area for residents to congregate with others.
First class all the way a great atmosphere and very polite and professional enjoyed it the whole time that I was there with the person that took me on the tour she was very respectful and kind just loved it all.
