After a few bad experiences at other Skilled Nursing Facilities in Harlingen where my mother was admitted, I am happy to say Harlingen Nursing and Rehab Center exceed my expectations beyond measure. Their quality of care is superb and my mother and I are forever grateful! We thank each and every person on her care team from the bottom of our hearts… She misses the facility and I’m sure ya’ll miss her music 😂… Keep being amazing in serving our community members in need.

On behalf of the Taylor Family we would like to take a moment to thank our wonderful mother Florentina Taylor’s doctors, nurses, and all the staff for taking good care of her and making her feel at home and to make it easy to heal and be able to go home. She had a wonderful experience in your facility. Her stay was exceptional. She felt at home throughout the whole recovery process. She is recovering slowly, but we see a difference. You all touch lives with Care in all you do, you are all angels in scrubs. Truly great doctors, nurses and staff is hard to find it is difficult to part with and impossible to forget
This place is unbelievable. Not in a good way! My dad was mistreated while there. Even though they consider it another thing. While there he gor a bad rash in between his legs during to him not being changed, nurses bot cleaning him and placing medication on rash. The food they serve to our family there, I wish staffing would eat first. They don't even take their patients to Dr's appt due to miscommunication. Missing personnel items all the times. They share the clothes with everyone in there because they don't keep track what belongs to who. I've made 4 call to ADP and 2 to Harlingen DPS. Yes it's that bad!! I don't know where the 4.9 stars come from!
Staff is great! Very friendly, always attending residents needs. They always plan lots of activities and involve all residents in participation. Great place!
My husband got wonderful care from the entire nursing staff and the superb PT and OT departments!!! For 21 days, he received the very best from them all! Special shoutout to Michael, Crystal & Shayla for getting him back on his feet again!!
