Our mother is at harbourview senior living ALF. The staff members are truly warm and caring. The DON and Charge nurse are very informative and always giving us updates. They treat each resident with love and respect. Each staff member is attentive to our mother needs. After a short time there, they knew her likes and dislikes. We visit often and see that she is clean and well cared for. She always has hair well groomed. They have a variety of activities to keep the residents engaged. It always nice to see my mother participating. The facility is very safe and secure. The building is always clean. Her apartment is always neat, clean and laundry done. The staff is always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The nursing and medical staff explained step by step what was needed. They were always available to answer my questions or address any concerns. We highly recommend Harbourview senior living Assisted living for your loved one.

The staff at Harborview are truly exceptional. The nurses are attentive and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable and well-cared for. The aides are patient and kind, treating residents with the utmost dignity and respect. The facility itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the common areas are designed to encourage socialization and engagement. There is a wide range of activities offered to keep residents active and stimulated, and the food is delicious and nutritious.
I had my uncle here for the last few months of his life. It was the hardest thing to do for our family but I was glad we chose this place. The nursing staff was caring and understanding, not just to my uncle but to us as well. We would call often and they were always willing to give us an update. On his last date they allow us all to stay until the last minute and then made all the arrangements for us. I hope no one finds themselves in the same position as my family, but if you do this is the place to be.
The staff is very nice, and they go the extra mile to care for the residents. The communication is very good as well. Admission Director and Social Worker always keeps in touch with family. So far, I have only compliments.
We wanted a place close to us and this was the best option. We initially picked the place for the convenience but we stayed for the staff. The cna, the entertainment, the nursing staff they were all so good to my father. He always talks about his favorite cna, and how she always makes sure he eats and finds him special treats when he is being fussy
