This is unacceptable living conditions here and this room has 3 beds. Plus, 1 teeny tiny TV for the whole room. Spackle on the walls for covering a nail hole and just left like that.The trim is all messed up paints off of it. Very cold uncomfortable feeling in here. Too sad

I'm a proud & appreciative resident @ Harborview. The staff is excellent & caring. Harborview is clean & spacious with an array of activities for fellow residents...Harborview offers a very professional physical & occupational therapy staff. I would highly recommend Harborview for those in need of a recovery experience or those who require long term care.
This place should be shut down!. My father-in-law has been practically been held a hostage for the last week. This was for post hospital recovery care and they seem determined to keep him indefinitely. I just found out they strapped an ankle bracelet on him which prompted me to write this review. If you care about your loved one do not let them go here!
In visiting this place I have to say that it's the worst place that I have been to when visiting a patient. We had to get that person out of there. They were verbally abusive and unhelpful to one's who are unable to do things for themselves. No call bells. No trash can. Smells awful.
I have been very impressed with the cleanliness of this building. The staff, including housekeeping are so kind to the residents! Activities plans wonderful things for the residents to do and the social services director is an angel! Not sure what others were referring to. But the past 2 weeks has shown me a very different story! The director of nursing, WOW! She knows and cares about every resident! She prides herself on making them feel loved and ensuring all of their needs are met. I only gave it a 4 star because there are no private rooms. Other than that, it's a 5 star!
