My Mother-in-law had to be moved to Harbor Chase from the North East. This is not the first facility we tried in Florida, but after moving her here we finally have peace. ❤️ The staff members that care for her day-to-day go above and beyond my high expectations. She is in Memory Care, and I don’t know how this staff brings kindness, gentle personal care, and smiles every single day. I’m so grateful for them, and if you are considering Harbor Chase Palm Coast visit them, see how they treat their residents. I highly recommend them!

My 93 year old mother moved from a facility near Daytona in Sept. of 2024. The staff at Harbor Chase are AMAZING. My mom needs more assistance than many of the younger residents and I am impressed with the attention and care she is shown. Latice and her crew have gone above and beyond to help my mother through medical episodes as well as the ordinary challenges of aging. I can’t say enough about the positive attitudes and smiles I witness every time I visit. I worked 40 years in the medical field and understand how difficult it is to find such great staff.
My father has been a Memory Care resident since 2021. I have seen executive directors, memory care directors, and nursing directors come and go. Since LaRhonda Edwards has been the Director of Memory Care, life for my father (and for me) has improved dramatically. One would be hard-pressed to find a more caring and conscientious person to lead the memory care residents and staff. I no longer have to worry whether my father is receiving the attention he deserves, and I know he is also receiving love and attention from LaRhonda's staff. She makes certain that each resident is treated with respect and love. That is of ultimate importance to me. LaRhonda is THE reason my father is still residing at HarborChase of Palm Coast.
My father has been in Memory Care for approximately one year now, I thank GOD that we have LaRhonda, the director of Memory care, and her compassionate caregiving staff, taking care of our Dad. We can rest easy knowing that all his needs are met. LaRhonda is such an asset to Harbor Chase, she has the knowledge and experience to lead such a position. This is a difficult role for family members when they have to place their loved ones in a care facility and LaRhonda has given us peace of mind. Knowing that she and her staff are loving and caring for our Dad, we all rest well. I am grateful to know that our Dad is in loving hands.
We had a good experience at Sabal Palms. The team from Sandy to the nurses and other care givers were very accessible, honest and professional. They did their best to support our mom and with her transition from home.
