I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like family. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure the residents feel safe, cared for, and truly at home. The memory care program is exceptional, offering meaningful activities that engage residents and give them a sense of purpose. The community itself is beautifully maintained, warm, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that create a sense of comfort and familiarity for those with memory challenges. The dining experience is another standout feature—delicious, well-balanced meals that cater to individual preferences and dietary needs, with different dining venues. HarborChase of Palm Beach Gardens is the absolute best when it comes to the love and care that they show their residents. Jillian, in particular, has been a Godsend for my family and made the transition into senior living so seamless for my loved one. She deeply cares about seniors and her residents and that shows in her level of compassion, patience, and understanding. HarborChase is lucky to have such an experienced and kind individual as Jillian and I’m so grateful she was able to help my family in our time of need! Highly recommend!
What a fabulous community. The community has so much to offer your loved one. The multiple dining room and choices are fabulous , the salon is beautiful, and the entire community is clean and inviting. The staff and management are friendly and proactive to you and your loved one’s needs. Come see for yourself , why I recommend this community so highly. It’s a step above all others.
My grandmother spent her final years at this location. Her life was enriched by the staff, her fellow residents, as well as the beautiful environment. Her family visited often, and we all were treated very well by her attendants and caregivers. HarborChase was a place that gave my grandmother comfort in a very uncomfortable part of her life, and I am very grateful for that.
My mom has been here for several years. Started in respit care after breaking her hip and never left. She really liked the independent living side of the facility. Tons of activities and an outing every week to restaurants, The Breakers over the holidays, they took Brightline when it opened down to Miami, painting by the beach etc. They are very active. Unfortunately my mom has had to move into the memory care section of Harbor Chase. She is however still surrounded by great caregivers that help her each day. They come get her for scheduled manicures/pedicures and hair appointments in house which make her feel so special. I have to give a huge shoutout to Kollette who has been by my mom’s side since the beginning. She is always there with a smile and uplifting spirit. We do visit as much as we can but it is very comforting to know she is being well taken care of.
