I would like to expressly praise the nursing staff: I have always found their interaction with the residents to be very appreciative and respectful. And if I as a relative need further information and ask the management, I will get it.
Cheers to the nurses. I have yet to meet a force that is unfriendly or incapable of helping. The food is also good, plentiful and tasty. (It's a matter of opinion because the notorious food complainers are not dying out). Only the management is unempathetic, ignorant and apparently only focused on the interests of the company management. Those with their payments. Paying the salary of these “executives” doesn’t matter. Even as a relative, you receive neither background knowledge nor information about the procedure. It is rarely the residents themselves who can question things. And if mistakes are criticized, it rubs off on the person concerned and not a single query or complaint is answered. In an attached photo you can see how the management generalizes their behavior and reacts. Great level.
It is exactly as described. In terms of care and administration, most of the employees really do their best. Despite high pressure. And the management style of the house manager is as already described.
