This place is terrible. I had a family member in memory care there and she was not taken care of. Not bathed in 7 days and the excuse was always “we’re short staffed.” The food in memory care is horrible and she was ordered a puréed diet and consistently received regular diet that she always unable to eat. She required feeding assistance but the food was only dropped in front and she never received assistance eating. Family was strongly discouraged from visiting which is a huge red flag. I am an RN and worked in many facilities as an LPN and this is unacceptable neglect of their patients. Do NOT be fooled at the pretty decor and promises made by this facility, your loved one’s deserve better than this place.

My grandma got back from the hospital and the kitchen was closed and she was hungry. The aides brought her some of their left over pizza. It was such a kind gesture. Thank you!
Updated April 2025 A lot of turnover in this business, both staff and management. And even more so in poorly run facilities. The former friend/ neighbor looked great within a short time likely because of a person’s home care being so poor prior to moving into a 24/7 care facility. Needless to say, I moved my loved one in and out twice. Hampton Manors do an excellent job with activities and room accommodations for a fair price (considering). We tried the new one in Carleton and it was a disaster on all accounts. I wish you well in your search. It’s a tough time for everyone who needs this support and assistance. ……….. Original post.. Stopped by to visit a friend and former neighbor and was amazed how great she looked and how happy she was! She has been a resident for a couple months now and the care she is receiving shows she is being well taken care of. In such a short time, she looked physically healthier and emotionally stronger and happier than the eight years I’ve known her.
My dad has been hospitalized twice in the past 4 months for dehydration and malnutrition. The care at this facility is nonexistent!
This fella does not respect anyone but his family and himself...he don't care about the worker or the resident.. you'll see
