When my father wanted to move to an assisted living environment, we chose The Hampton Manor of Bedford. He lived there from June 2022, until October of 2023 when he recently passed away. The staff and fellow residents provided a loving community for him...we never worried that he was alone. The Manor provides lots of activities for the residents in a lovely, clean, and safe environment. My dad was very happy there and considered it his home. I would highly recommend.
Hampton Manor of Bedford has been a blessing for our family. The staff are incredibly compassionate and the facility itself is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable, secure environment for seniors. Their memory care program in particular is top-notch, giving us peace of mind knowing our loved ones are in the best possible hands.
Hampton Manor of Bedford took excellent care of my Mom. My family found them to be very attentive, personal and friendly towards Mom and to all family members while remaining professional. Their staff is well trained and quick to respond to our questions and any issues we had.
Nothing but problems, lame excuses and the same major problems happening again with the same lame excuses. Do not trust them with the care of your loved ones. 30 minutes to respond to a call for assistance is inexcusable. 15 minutes response to an active stroke when seconds matter is life or death incompetence. Nice looking but chronically understaffed, broken promises, lies and more. It was a horrible experience.
