I have been living here for over 2 years. I love living here. The staff are excellent . . . they are friendly, nice, cordial and responsive . . . which is important because seniors can become difficult as we age. The building is well maintained . . . house cleaning occurs on a daily basis. The office staff has a lot of activities, holiday and special occasion events. They have informational presentations for senior-related services offered in the County and Medicare. They have free food from non-profit organizations delivered for residents that may be in need. They have been outstanding adhering to COVID-19 protocol . . . making me feel safe and happy I live here during this pandemic:

I have lived here for almost 10 years the first two with my husband. I could not be happier. My husband was ill but active and loved this community. The residents and management worked together and still do. Because of the current covid restrictions a lot has had to change, but management answers problems promptly and still finds time to try and do things. We've had no contact bingo, other types of games, prizes and grab and go meals. All just for fun but still finding time to do the regular maintenance. A really fine management team.
My mother has been there since 2017. My biggest concern is that Management refuses to install generators for the entire building ( only available in hallways and common areas). This problematic for residents who need electricity for medical devices. The site manager told me that it's too expensive but they are okay charging residents over $1300 /month plus utilities. I've filed a complaint with the county. Shameful disregard for their residents.
If you dont mind sharing your living quarters with mice on a daily basis, then Hsmpshire is the place to live. The entire building is infested. When brought to managements attention, it's a matter of fact response. Maintenance man runs around ordering tenants around and again, no response from management. Living there felt like being incarcerated as they're watching tenants every move on camera. I did not enjoy my residency there
A senior living facility. Made a catering delivery here over/near Christmas. Very cheerful event and the clients living here were all happy. Very clean and safe location.
