My mother has been a resident at Hampshire House for some time. The new owners have made so many needed improvements. But what stands out to me is the staff. They enhance my mother's life in so many ways. They not only work hard to meet the residents needs, they are so kind and thoughtful. They treat my mother with respect and let her know they care about her. She considers them friends. My mother is 93 and has dementia so her reality changes daily. They are always willing to discuss my concerns and help us get through it. We are so thankful they are there. Linda Spencer

Top Notch staff at Hampsire House. Rose and April helped us through a difficult time in placing a family member into their assisted Living facility. They have been so supportive and caring. They kept in touch via email and phone calls to assure us everything was going well and our loved one was settling in. They treat their residents like one big family. Highly recommend checking this facility out . The location is welcoming and surrounded by nature.
Hampshire House is filled with very kind and caring staff. They were so helpful during the whole admissions process. There is a full calendar of events each month. Our loved one is very content in her new home.
My aunt has been a resident at Hampshire House for 3 months now. Hampshire House is one of the few assisted living facilities in NYS in her budget and we are very happy with it. Her room was fully furnished, and housekeeping, laundry, and meds are all taken care of in house. The staff is great. Emails and calls to the director and case manager are answered quickly, they are very responsive to any issues that arise and get them resolved in a timely manner. Location is great too. There are plenty of restaurants in nearby Oneonta to take my aunt out when I visit as well as close to Walmart, Home Depot, and Shoe Stores for when I need to re-supply my aunt with clothing or other needs.
My mother was brought to Hampshire House from rehab. We were impressed with how clean the building is and how attentive the staff is to her needs. She has enjoyed her time here.
