I am so impressed with the consistently high level of care provided by Hammondcare North Turramurra. My mother became a resident 4 years ago. She is now 97 years old. The carers treat her with great skill, intelligence, affection and respect. If she has any issue it is addressed quickly and sorted out. She has been happy and content as a resident. The food is very good with decent helpings. All staff members from the kitchen staff, cleaners, primary carers, pastoral carers, life enrichment providers, and registered nurses are excellent in their roles. The ethos provided by Hammondcare is to give Mum a happy, homelike experience where she feels safe, cared for and loved and all her needs are met and this is achieved every day. The primary carers are especially wonderful. Thank you so much. Your care of Mum gives me such peace of mind.

My sister has been a resident at Waldergrave House, HC-NT, for many months. Her room was light and airy and had its own AC. All the staff have been friendly and great with the residents. They have proofed to be knowledgeable which has been appreciated. Thanks to Srijana - team leader
Princess Juliana Lodge is a wonderful care home and the Carers have awesome personalities and will do anything for us all. Those in Tulip are all the same and I am so happy that we are all here. Thank you for your support, kindness and care, you are all wonderful ❤️ Barry
We are very happy to have our Dad cared for at HammondCare North Turramurra. Our Dad has been there for a year and a half now. He recently needed to move from medium care (Waldegrave House, which we loved) to higher care, for his advancing dementia and falls, in the Boronia section. The staff managed the move seamlessly and he is so beautifully cared for, we could not have hoped for better. They are very welcoming of all three of us daughters hanging about with Dad and it feels like a true community, with other residents and families, along with the amazing staff. Definitely 5 stars.
PJL Team, congratulations on your ongoing and continual care of Mum. The PJL team keep me informed on every aspect of Mum's care which is invaluable. We have regular discussions on her day to day care and from the professional aspect like washing, medications, activities etc to the personal like her mental health and pastoral care...all is truly commendable. More-so and possibly more importantly, Mum gets regular visits from all the team to just simply 'sit and have a chat'. Mum often and regularly says she is 'up to date' with all the girls'...having been shown their regular photos on their phones - what a wonderful aspect of her life. Like many others, a call there is always greeted with a smile making all the family feel as much welcome as the residents, a particularily warm and caring affection that has become very much the norm in PJL. All of the family here acknowledge the superb, professional and dedicated care you afford our Mum, thank-you PJL team and management. The world would be a better place if it was filled with the critical understanding, warmth and concern that you all provide. With mutual respect and sincere gratitude.
