My Dad spent three nights after transfer from the hospital for rehab. Awful experience. He fell out of bed twice and was not taken for X-rays as is protocol. On his second day there he began to experience tremors and his speech was slurred.When we visited him the third day he did not know us and had dark urine indicating a return of his UTI. We asked to move him back to the hospital immediately. They seemed oblivious to his deteriorating condition. When he recovers and proceeds to rehab it will definitely not be at Hamilton Arms

6/9/25 Thanks to Alex, Katie, Lisa Landis ,Carly, Stephanie, Jen, and Nurse Terry for all you do in caring for my family member. You all provide excellent care, and go above and beyond for the residents and for those getting rehabilitation at Hamilton Center.
Staff is friendly enough. Place is clean but decor is dated. Dietary restrictions take sometime to get in place. In short, for the first week to 10 days monitor care closely.
All the staff is wonderful and they take great care of my sister. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the building needs updating with fixing things and painting.
Everyone I came in contact with, during my visit, was very polite and professional. Staff were kind and professional to patients and each other. Keep up the great work!
