one of their staff there is an endangerment to the community i definitely would not trust her caring for my grandparents LOLA AKUI has a reputation all you have to do is simply look up her name on google and you will see for yourself. she tried to physically fight me while my child was in my arms (she’s only 2 months). i truly believe someone like this should not be working in a care home with elderly people. she has personal issues with herself and she needs help i believe all the drugs she’s did has corrupted her brain. please watch what care home you put your elderly in or jobs like this should really do background checks on their employees this is sad that someone like her can work in a facility with people who can’t defend themselves.
-1 skilled nursing services EXTREMELY LACKING ONE ON ONE SERVICES currently- due to EXTREME STAFF SHORTAGE patients get up on their own WITHOUT ASSISTANCE due to lack of available staff and my partner has had NUMEROUS falls because bathroom assistance is not done timely because of staff shortage. HOME IS SAFER THAN THE BIG PRETTY “DRUG” FACILITY THAT KEEPS PATIENTS IN COMPLIANCE BEHAVIOR. NEVER EVER AGAIN UNTIL STAFF PATIENT RATIO FOR ONE ON ONE SKILLED NURSING STAFF “SERVICES” BECOMES A REALITY Your ADMIN PERSONAL (ex. CM NICOLE IS EXTREMELY DISCONNECTED FROM THE PATIENTS, 30 second talks DOES NOT COUNT AS A “MEETING” LIKE A TEAM MEETING OF 3 of your SO CALLED TEAM MEMBERS- MEDICARE WORKERS ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION FOR THE OVER PRICED SERVICES TAX PAYERS ARE PAYING FOR

The building and scenery is wonderful, but one of your staff members came off as extremely unwelcoming and rude giving me and my friend dirty looks while we were visiting. She made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Other staff members I had no issue with, they were all amazing. I believe her name to be Brandy, but I am not sure. I cannot remember, all I know is it’s a name starting with “B”. I’d give a 5-star view if it wasn’t for her, I am all about respect especially towards my family and friends. But I’d like to add I seen that she had a vape in her pockets and I don’t feel comfortable knowing that she possibly uses it during work while there’s patients around. I’ve seen her a few times before and there wasn’t much of an issue other than the fact that we would see other staff members do public displays of affection multiple times and it made my family uncomfortable.
