I had a wonderful experience visiting HDR. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean and well taken care of. I had the pleasure of working with Connie who set super fun activities for the residents. And Julie who conducted the Alzheimer’s walk for the residents and their families. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a caring, well-managed, and activity-filled place for their loved ones.

Our family is so grateful for the care HDR and all the wonderful staff gave our father the last two years of his life. This facility is truly lovely, a beautiful campus, great accommodations, activities, and the best caregivers in the world. We've experienced numerous other facilties the past few years and nothing compares to Hacienda. I couldn't recommend them more!
It’s never easy trying to find your loved one a safe clean friendly trustworthy place . The moment we walked in and the staff took time to show us their facility and answer questions, it has been nothing but a wonderful experience, my mom absolutely loves it and it feels so good to go see her and see how happy she is, she has made some really good friends with some of the residents as well. From the director to all staff they have great open communication with the family. It feels good to also hear from others in the community what a great place Hacienda del Rey is. We couldn’t be any more grateful and happy.
The staff at hacienda is wonderful. They are very informative and always speak in a caring manner. From the front office, to caregivers, to the housekeeping, you always see a smile on their face. The grounds are always clean, there are many activities that the residents can do. I really couldn’t say enough to thank them all for all they do.
We were grateful that we found a place to help us take care of my MIL at Hacienda Del Rey. We appreciated their professionalism in all aspects. Their executive Director, Gretchen, was wonderful to work with and we were fortunate to get to know some of the caregivers like Claudia, Yuolette and Maria. It gave us peace when we saw how they interacted with my mother-in-law and the relationship they created with her. We had peace knowing that she was cared for and we were allowed to visit her anytime we wanted to.
