I cannot say enough good things about Guilford Rehab. They make you feel like family. Everyone that works here is very caring 24 hours a day. The PT department listens to your needs and then creates a plan for your care. The results are amazing. They want you to succeed so you can go home and lead as normal a life as possible. They have worked with me given me that confidence that I can go home and continue to recover and resume a normal life. Thank you for being so responsive to my needs and taking such good care of me.

Felicia Evans has been so very useful in managing the care of my wife Bianca Graves. She has been easy to reach by phone and email, and her reply is timely. This is very important because my wife's best friend and I live 8 hours away in Delaware. Felicia arranged, with staff shortages, to get Bianca from Guilford to Cone cancer treatment and back, requiring her to call our son on short notice to be with his mother. Originally, a CNA was to go with Bianca, but called in sick. We are so thankful for Felicia working with us during this difficult time. May God bless her as she is a blessing.
I have visited my cousin often during her stay at Guilford Health and when I say ALL, I mean ALL the staff have been most helpful in any request that has been made. They are prompt with care and contacting my cousin’s doctors when needed. I was told that Guilford Health was the best rehab center in Greensboro and it has lived up to my expectations. All the patients seem clean and content. I NEVER ran into a worker with a bad attitude. They were always pleasant. Food even smelled inviting and according to my cousin, “it’s pretty good”. They have made it as close to home away from home as they possibly can. Nice place!
Maybe if they had pay more attention to my grandfather he would still be with us. Why work in the medical field if you are not gonna care for your patients. My grandfather stayed here because he had surgery because both his feet got cut off, they would not listen to him when he needed something I HIGHLY advise you not to come here. Do your research and find someone who cares.
Awful Awful Awful!!!! Staff doesn't care about residents just about their breaks. My first night in there they didn't have my meds and wouldn't try to get them. So I called 911 cause I was in so much pain and went to the hospital for care. Then I returned to Guilford Healthcare and in a suttle way I was reprimanded for calling 911. Then a few days later they called my wife and told her I was having a "little breathing problem." Well, come to find out i was unresponsive at Guilford Healthcare and almost died. I was on life support for 5 days. So when it was finally time for me to leave the hospital, I refused to go back to Guilford. I'm at another facility now and coming along great.
