My dad was in the hospital recently and one of the nurses caring for my dad told us he was very impressed with Engel Haus as staffed called the hospital to make sure everything was in line before he returned to Engel Haus. The nurse said alot of other facilities do not follow up like Engel Haus did. My parents have lived at Engel Haus for 7 years and it has been a wonderful place for them to live. It is a great place with friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I have been a volunteer at Engel Haus for the past 6 years and it has been a very rewarding experience. The community has such a warm and homey atmosphere. I enjoy mingling and talking with the residents. They often tell me how much they love living there and the great care they receive. It's clear the staff truly care about the residents and are dedicated to making it a wonderful place to call home!
Our parents have been at Guardian Angels for a little over a year now. They absolutely love it there! We were so lucky they had an opening for just what they were looking for. We can’t say enough about the staff, food, activities, family party room, summer picnics, everything this place puts on is top notch! Moving from their home to here has been a blessing for all of us.
My wife and I moved to Engel Haus from Rochester MN. We knew nothing about Engel Haus but my daughter who lives in Big Lake knew of Engel Haus. It was obvious a move was imperative as Judy was falling more often and her a dementia was progressing. We truly lucked out when a bed became available in memory care. The move to Engel Haus was divinely inspired and I say this because Judy received excellent care. The memory care staff and hospice were wonderful to her. For me I had lunch with her everyday for 2.5 years and was available to help her whenever necessary. I also live at Engel Haus in independent living.This was the perfect solution for us. Judy felt comfortable and was able to get the care she needed and I was able to live under the same roof. Judy passed away in May this year and I am comforted by the thought she received the best care possible at Engel Haus
As a volunteer with Guardian Angels, I have been extremely impressed with the care and attention that the residents receive from the army of professionals dedicated to the mission of the organization. I would be very confident in the care my loved one would be certain to receive here. It’s amazing to hear countless and routine stories of just how happy and comfortable the many residents I visit are here at the Engel Haus in Albertville!!
