My mom just came to this place last night she’s on a ventilator, im only giving one star for right now until I see how they are taking care of her! I will be watching and making sure she is being taken care of and not neglected. I been reading bad reviews and hope and pray they’re doing their job and treating her good. I check on her everyday, morning noon and night. I will be watching a listening/ reading her text/messages.. 👀 As of 12/28/2024 @ 2:40 my mom is calling me saying she can’t breathe and the nurses keeps walking by her room!!! Her light been on for 45 mins and I’ve called out there 5 times and no one is answering!! Absolutely degrading As of 4/16/2025 just now getting to update this review!! mom went into a hospital for a few weeks went back to this nursing home and all her things was gone, they don’t know what happened to it, that’s blankets, personal photos in a picture frame, everything! How can you lose all of a patient belongings?? I had to call two more times over the weekend to get someone in her room to answer her call light that’s been on for over hour.. 5/27/2025 after many calls today I finally got through to someone around 8:30pm to get someone to charge my mom’s phone and it’s still showing on 360 he phone wasn’t plugged up.. I’m almost 2 hours away and can’t run up there..

My friend/sister came to Greystone approximately one week and 2 days ago which is 4 hrs away from Nashville where her family and friends are. She went to be weaned off the ventilator. Before she left Nashville it had taken her over a month to be able to breathe on her own for 1 hour,but all of a sudden in a weeks time they said she was breathing on her own for 4 hours which didn’t make sense to me at all. Long story short, we got the call this morning that she died in the middle of the night with no explanation. I don’t know much about this place because she was only there a week, but it doesn’t look good that all of a sudden she was breathing on her own for 4 hours and now she’s dead! Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave the review👎
I have tried calling 10 things since 2:00 today to check on my uncle with no answer. I tried every option on the line to get through. there are no phones in the rooms for patient to use. My brother did get throb this morning and was told they could not fo down the hall to bring him to the phone. My call was to inquire as to why they refuse to let him get out of the bed when he is capable of walking. He has ask to go to the bathroom and no one would take him then he had to lay in his own feces for 2 hours before anyone came to change him. All of this could be prevented by getting him up and doing rehab which is why he is there.
Greystone is nothing but a joke. I wouldn’t send anyone here that I loved. They are heartless to the people that work there and to the residents
I have been there between them and Bristol Hospital, but hands down I prefer GRaystone at GRaystone I am on an area primary for vent patient/!!!the staff have been above an beyond good to me..
