My mom stayed at Greenbrier and was well taken care of. My great uncle is now staying there doing rehab therapy to get his strength back after an accident. Everyone has been wonderful, friendly, attentive and helpful. Every day we visit, we constantly see the nursing staff, cleaning staff and cooking staff diligently busy doing a great job. It's a relief to know he's getting good quality of care and we love that the nurses there really seem to take an interest and genuinely care about the patients they're caring for. It's refreshing to see actually. Our impression is that the facility is kept very clean, it smells clean and the remodeling that was done is impressive. It's now a very nice facility, expansive and there's a lot of activities for patients to enjoy, nice meeting spaces, they have access to all the coffee and ice cream they want every day and is just a little something they do to encourage patients and residents to get out of their rooms to engage in activities. They have an activity bulletin board displayed with bingo, crafts and other events to get engaged. They've done a nice job making it feel warm and hospitable there. And I have to mention Jackie in the front office who was so helpful with both helping figure out financials for my mom's stay before and with my great uncle's situation. Thank you to Jackie and all the staff for doing a great job and truly caring about what you do❤️

I had to put my father in greenbrier about 6 months ago. It was a very trying time for me. But the staff at greenbrier really helped comfort me in the process. They went above and beyond to help get my father approved for Medicaid which was a blessing. The staff that works with my father daily has been great as well. He really likes the people there. Very satisfied with this facility. Guy Daigle
My FIL is there and we are very happy! They go on outing to the casino, Walmart Moose lodge etc monthly. It’s clean and has private rooms with a large private handicap accessible bathroom that you can’t beat. He feels like it’s as close to an assisted living but he gets the nursing home care he needs.
My grandfather has been at Greenrbrair for almost 2 years. The CNAs , nursing staff and everyone there take care of him so well! Greenbriar has lots of community outings and his private room is spacious and his private bathroom is bigger than mine!
Lack of awareness by nursing staff! Patient’s are allowed to wonder around while the staff are busy texting or talking on their phones! Then the blame the patients when it is not their fault! Some have dementia and do not realize what they are doing! Greenbriar just raised their prices 1/125 but did not increase their care! Sad!!!!!
