If I could give this place a 0 I would. Yes it is beautiful and everything is updated. The only 5 stars is the lady that cuts the hair on Wednesdays. The staffing level is awful. The food is terrible and if you need assistance, good luck. Sure those who work there are kind but that's the issue, hardly any staff. My grandmother fell and they never even called us to notify us. If your loved one needs attention please consider trying to take care of them your self because all these places are understaffed.

I’ve worked with this community for years, they’ve often referred clients and families to me for services upon discharge. I’ve consistently received positive feedback from clients that had rehab at Green Village. The administration is always willing to do what’s in the best interest of their patients and staff. Ashley, in social services, consistently ensures patients are set up for successful discharges home. I’ve referred family and friends here for rehab, and will continue to do so.
My father was a patient at Green Village, and we were very happy with his care. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I personally especially appreciated the social worker Ashley. Having never dealt with many of these issues before, I was very nervous and unsure, and Ashley was incredibly patient and led me every step of the way. She was supportive and kind and really knowledgeable. The person at the front desk was lovely and always a friendly face as well.
I can only tell you, reader, that both my mom and my dad stayed at this facility at different times. Since mom’s experience was good, we used the same facility for dad. I would use them again without a second thought.
My late mother had a stroke so we placed her in Green Village for rehab. She was there three weeks until I took her home. Therapy was so patient with her and worked diligently to improve her strength and motor skills. The staff was also supportive and very helpful caring for her needs. Special thanks go to their social worker worker and administrator for helping me every step of the way.
