I rarely ever write a Google review, however, my inquiry interaction on the phone prompted this review! I would have given this review zero stars if that was an option!!!! The lady on the phone was beyond rude! When I asked to view the property she started asking if I had my last three paychecks with me. I explained that I live in California and would be moving to Branford if I was offered the job that I interviewed for. She then said she would NOT WASTE HER TIME or any of her employees' time showing me the property! Then she went on to ask me my age (I understood this question because it was a 55+ property). I said I was 62- she then said anyone over 62 needs a cosigner!!! I have never heard of such a thing- I would call this age discrimination!!! Based on this phone interaction I would NEVER live here!!!! I hung up the phone truly shocked by the rudeness of this lady and the unfair treatment of older adults (especially for a 55+ community)!!!

My in laws live here and it's a roomy well kept unit.
