My sister was so nervous about being put in a Rehab center, I decided to go up there and check it out and check out her room and speak with the staff it met all my expectations and my sister was happy with her room. It’s clean and the rooms are up to date and absolutely amazing.

My Friend is in this facility and minus the occasional challenges all facilities face because of being understaffed we have had no problems...special shout out to people like Q and Thomas who are aids at the facility doing the hardwork of taking care of patients daily. They have truly made my friend transition easy and I appreciate them. The staff has been kind and my friend requires all his ADLS to be met. So it's not easy...Thanks Q and Thomas...I appreciate you.
Shashanna was extremely helpful ..very knowledgeable and patient. I never felt she was too busy to answer detailed questions and she was a professional in every way. I left feeling informed and impressed with Green Hill. The facility is also impressive. Rooms are spacious and well appointed as were bathrooms. There was a general feeling of ease and well-being among the patients I observed.
Please avoid this place by all means. I am writing this review out of genuine concern for the care provided at Green Hill. My mother was admitted here after suffering a stroke, and our experience over the two weeks she spent there was nothing short of disappointing. First and foremost, the facility is severely understaffed. It was difficult to find someone available to assist my mother when she needed help. The lack of personnel not only led to long wait times but also created an overwhelming sense of neglect. Additionally, the cleanliness of the center left much to be desired. The common areas were often dirty, and the overall environment felt unwelcoming. It was alarming to see such a lack of attention to hygiene in a place that is supposed to promote healing. Organization appears to be a major issue as well. The scheduling for rehabilitation sessions was chaotic at best. Appointments were frequently missed or rescheduled without notice, resulting in wasted time with no noticeable progress in my mother’s recovery. Most concerning of all was the lack of rehabilitation progress. After two weeks of being in their care, I saw little to no improvement in my mother’s condition. It was disheartening to realize that our time and hopes for her recovery were squandered in such a poorly managed facility. I urge families to consider other options for their loved ones.
Green Hill is a humble rehab on a quiet property with plenty of fresh air and a golf course view . The staff was relaxed and there was plenty around . My friends who have been patients always have fun there! They even have a therapy bunny !
