The facility left my father who can normally get up and go to the bathroom on his own but because he was there for rehab and needed help learning to walk the staff left him in urine and didn’t see to his needs even though he pushed the button. I could see this happen once but more than once is uncalled for. The social worker Jennifer was abusive to our family and did not do her job by filing paper work. I was so sad for my Father and was happy to get him to a new facility. I could never recommend Great Oaks after our experience.

Great rehab and LTC at Great Oaks! I always feel welcome when I walk in. I work closely with social work and nursing to transition patients home, and I can count on them to ensure they are ready. A+++
This is a great place the people hear is so nice and they take really good care of my mother so I would recommend anyone to come to this place. The workers here are so nice and friendly and they really make the patient and their family feel good about being here. Thanks to everyone who work here. God bless you all!!!!

I was in the Great Oaks facility from March through July 2023 due to a critical health incident that resulted in an ICU stay for 3 months prior to my stay there. When I arrived at Great Oaks, I was only able to move my toes under my own power. The terrific staff at Great Oaks took stellar care of me and assisted my recovery. When I came home at the end of July, I was in a wheelchair, but I was able to take a few steps with a walker. I was able to live independently, and I was able to take care of most of my daily living needs. Without the excellent care I received at Great Oaks, this would not have been possible!
