I've recently been placed on a no trespassing order while I was visiting my father because other people were smoking weed in the outdoor smoking section. I did not bring it in anything to smoke nor participate in any kind of smoking. A month ago I was there and a resident was smoking weed and drinking on the other side of the patio area from us and a CNA came out and said "I didn't see anything". Some residents and staff regularly smoke out there while visitors aren’t present and I feel this was a weak attempt to stop me from documenting further neglect on not only my father, but all of the other patients as well as they all talk to me when I stop by. Drug test your staff! They should be held to the same standards. I’m almost positive the administrator doesn’t want me in the building because I’ve been documenting neglect and unsanitary conditions. As well as I had reached out to corporate regarding multiple residents complaining about rude CNAs, call lights being ignored for multiple hours, beds without sheets, dirty sticky floors, dirty dishes on the ground, leaving patients in the same cloths for weeks, and general neglect. I’ve witnessed those things on multiple occasions. I had to cut my dad’s hair due to dread locks forming while he was there. If the residents don’t eat the sub par and sometimes dried out food served to them they also do not offer any type of substitute nutrition as well. This facility also ignored my father’s claims of pain for months refusing pain medication until the hospital found out he has cancer. He had fell in the nursing home fracturing his hip prior to this and they limited the amount of medication he was able to receive and told him his hip couldn’t possibly be in pain anymore. This isn’t a place where they care and now they’ve made it where I can’t come when I’m the only person my dad has. Administrator refuses to call me back after incident and refuses to Lift the trespass order so I’m sharing my pictures and experience. The poop on the toilet in the photo was there for over a week. I documented it and waited to see how long it was going to take them to clean his room as I was tired of cleaning it myself when they’re paid to do it. I also had to change his cloths myself on multiple occasions because the people that are being paid to care for him aren’t doing it.

So I must say that it’s not the worst place but I got on here here to give my nurse leesha a good review & the reasn why is because I just had a brain surgery & had no place to go temporarily so I ended up here & with that, they was not feeding at all nearly close to enough & was barely enough food here to eat to survive how little they was feeding me & she noticed I kept getting headaches from not eating enough especially after a big brain surgery so she noticed & randomly came in my room & offered me for some good snacks out the vending machines herself to give me so I can survive better here & is the best example of going the extra mile. Her name is leesha.,& im very grateful for her &!anna my aid as well & the therapist. I can’t remember his name because of the surgery.
Placed on no trespassing in August for being there while the residents smoked weed in the outdoor area. Before that I was documenting unsanitary conditions and neglect. Caused too much noise and became unwelcome. Jason the administrator briefly allowed me to deliver things my father to the front door for about a month before again accusing me of bringing weed to the facility without proof despite staff searching the bags I dropped off to my dad. When I mentioned the searches he said “we shouldn’t have to do that” my reply was “but the staff DID and found nothing” and he still reinstated the full no trespassing order to where I’m unable to see my father who has cancer. Jason needs to lose his job for the way he treats sick patients and their families.
Where do I start this facility is not fit to take care of no one and their loved ones. After sending our loved one here they were sent out 911 after having dialysis. Over heard the staff saying five other residents on that unit was sent out after dialysis and two died. Where is the accountability for those in charge because clearly having someone die as a result of negligence not monitoring their levels before and after treatment is not good enough. They always have some excuse to why something is not being done. I've come to the facility and noticed my loved one soaked and soiled. while nurses and aides just sit at the nurse station.
I wish I was able to not give any stars. First off my husband only survived two days and he passed away. I went to visit him on the first day he was not cleaned up his room was a mess. They don't keep that place clean. Please do not take your loved one here!!
