The place should be assessed for insurance fraud. All they care about is how long can they keep you and collect the insurance money. Bedside table went missing a month ago and just get told they put it in the maintenance book. They want your money and don’t wanna spend a dime. Should be considered mental institution.

Thank you to all the staff at Grandview for being there for my Mom, Liduvina DeJesus till her last day before her trip to Heaven.I appreciate all, from the people that cleaned to the nurses that provided the care. Wishing all Blessings! Much Love 💞
this place is not it for nobody patients rooms have mice that just roam around and don’t care about people being around. They are so so rude to the patients. An they don’t care about they employees I repeat you do not wanna work here or send any of your love ones here!
I really wonder if the staff there would let their parents be in the state they have left my father. I am deeply disappointed with the level of care provided at Grandview Rehabilitation. Patients are neglected and left in an unhygienic state for extended periods, showing a blatant disregard for their well-being. The facility's lack of integrity in patient care is concerning. Clothes have gone missing. Additionally, the mouse problem at the facility remains unresolved, further highlighting the neglect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I've worked 2nd and 3rd shifts here, this place is not where you want your loved ones. I call it the House of Mouse. Rats running wild, staff walks out due to the rat infestation. I've never seen housekeeper on the floor for the few months I've worked there. On 3rd shifts there are no towels to wash the residents who are incontinent, I would have to go into every room to check residents drawers for towels. They don't provide bed pads for incontinent residents so there will be total beds to change and most of the time your loved ones are laying in their urine and feces for hours causing skin breakdown. Staff always have attitude because they don't want to be bothered and are quick to throw you under the bus. The last time I worked third shift I did my last rounds between 5am-6am. I got accused of not doing care on my residents which was not true. The question that needed to be asked was at what time did the 1st shift aide did her rounds after the 5am changes, because if you started anytime after 8am you will have total bed changes. Refusing to take part in neglecting these residents I will not return to this facility. May God bless your residents with someone who cares as much as i did.
