Grandview is such a beautiful facility. Their day rooms are so cozy. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the residents. The management team is very involved with the day to day happenings and always available. There are medical staff on site most days if you have any questions or concerns. They have a separate unit for the residents that are there short term and need specialized therapy or nursing care. And the therapy department is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Grandview cares for the residents’ well-being. You can see residents are well taken care of and staff and residents have a good bond. Staff listens to residents and families to make it an enjoyable experience all around.
This facility is great. They have a special rehab unit for those just getting rehab and going home. One unit is set up to look like an outdoor main street. It is really neat. The therapy department is great. The rooms are spacious, and the facility has been renovated.
I wanted to rewrite my review since it was taken down, when my grandmother was here I was visiting her and when I got in she had went to the bathroom on herself I rang the bell and 2.5 hours nobody came so. Her drinks were across the room and she couldn't walk so she was not getting anything to drink or eat. We asked if they tried to feed her since she lost use of her arm while at the nursing home for a month and they said they don't have time to hand feed patients but she had no use of her arms . So her health quickly declined. The staff instead of actually doing their job will argue with you and never admit to their wrong doing even one said don't worry about what she says I know the judge of this county so it doesn' matter. They gave my grandmother someone else teeth in flu season, which I imagine is part of the reason covid hit this facility so hard because they don't care what they do to their patients they just want a paycheck . This was one of the worst nursing homes I have ever seen in my life .
New leadership has been working diligently. Clean environment. Medical providers are excellent. Culture committee is very involved with staff morale. Activities staff are always coming up with new ways to out a smile on residents face.
