This is the most horrible facility I have ever stepped foot in. The inhumane care that the residents receive is unbelievable and the fact that they are allowed to keep the doors open in this place is beyond me. There should be a negative rating allowed for this facility and if you have family here I would advise you get them out asap. There is no one that is educated enough that works here to be able to handle any patient, much less someone that is receiving medication. They do not have to have any nurses in this facility because they call it an assisted living, when most of the patients are very high acuity and require long term care. The entire staff are med techs. Please do not leave your loved ones in this horrible place.

My momma has been a resident of this wonderful facility for almost 2years. The care given is with love, the staff cares for my momma like she was also their momma. The facility is always clean and sanitary. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for care for their loved ones

If I could give 0 that's what I would I thought care facilities had some type of laws that governed them apparently Grandview doesn't because she has been allowed or no one looks at records but she hires felons no matter the crime and if your working there and she fires you for abuse then she evicted him citing drug use abuse and sales the reason for both in fact state he spent more time sick I. Bathroom then work ing these are the family members of someone why are the being neglected abused stole them assumi identity to obtain credit and packages
