I wouldn't even board my pet here. My grandmother went in for rehabilitation and the therapist never stretched her out . I came in everyday multiple times of the to each and every single time my grandma was left without anything to drink when brought to the staff attention they said they left a drink in there which they did across the room when my grandmother couldn't walk unopened which she couldn't open due to lack of physical therapy she developed a condition which she couldn't move her hand ever again . When you ring the call bell they take well over an hour to come in each time even my grandmothers roomate warned us of that . Multiple times I had to change my grandmother myself because they left her sit soiled in feceses . The admitting and supervising team will give you there number and even the first time you call they will not respond it's like a trap to pull you in. My grandmother had mentioned that the nursing staff hit her which we at that point we started her discharge. This place is a disgrace . I remember a male nurse refused to change my grandmother while I was on the phone in a phone call because he said I was recording which I wasn't and upon him telling me that I hung the phone up and he was out in the hallway talking to another cna who said don't worry my husband is a judge ( not even sure how that related to the circumstances in any way shape or form) . My grandma was also given someone else's teeth which I find to be a huge concern especially when it was flu season. They never bathed her I watching a cna due a bath and all she did was change my grandmother and use water no soap on her hands and face nothing else . I have made phone calls for further investigation at this time and wouldn't want to see someone else deal with the same thing my family has dealt with . So if you don't plan to be there everyday checking in at different times you might want to make a different choice in care .

My mom was there for rehab. Sheets were only changed when we asked even though they were soiled. She was not bathed and complaints were made to Shift nurse at desk to no avail. Staff should keep in mind that another person's misfortune is why they have their jobs.
